Oily fish is richly packed with omega-3 fatty acids which play a crucial part in keeping our skin and hair beautiful.It is advisable for a person to regularly take oily fish sprinkled with rich lemon juice as it serves as a source of vitamin C. Oysters and shellfish are remarkably vital sources of hair nutrients. These are food stuffs you can take on a regular basis for great benefits. Available from these foods are Vitamin B12, zinc, selenium, iron and proteins. It is recommended that you add Vitamin B12 to your intake for great hair growth. In your diet you should have avocado, eggs and yogurt. Foods such as these are a great way for getting strong, healthy and beautiful hair growth.
