I was never very enthralled about the sport of indoor rowing until I tested out a Concept2 Indoor Rower. Like mast other pieces of aerobic exercise gear you see at a gym, I assumed a rowing machine would be uninteresting and not provide any muscle-building benefits.

I was wrong

What I realized was that indoor rowers offer lots of different workouts. They keep individuals from getting bored, meaning they are most likely to continue their workout routine. Whether you are attempting to slim down or build muscle or both, you will get results much faster when you exercise consistently.

They are also really convenient. I did not recognize how light-weight and easy one of these devices was to relocate until I picked it up and rolled it across the room. I could do it virtually effortlessly with one hand. I was really surprised. This factor alone made me think it would be the perfect piece of home workout gear. I would be able to quickly move it from room to room and afterwards store it out of view when it was not being used.

I likewise had no problems listening to music or enjoying a good tv show while exercising. I confess, often I want a distraction or an escape while I am exercising. With a loud piece of workout gear, you cannot hear songs or watch a movie. Often this means that I will not exercise at all.

When I used to jog often, I would complete an exercise then have to incorporate a strength-building routine for my upper body. With the Concept 2 Indoor Rower, I don't need to do that. All significant muscle groups get a good workout on the rower, and in less time.

This gives me even more time to do other activities that I enjoy. It also offers me even more motivation to exercise on a rower, because I know it will get me more results quicker than other alternative exercise regimens.

As you can see, I am a big fan of this rowing machine, but there is one more thing I wish to discuss. I enjoy working out outdoors. Normally I don't prefer indoor exercise classes or fitness centers. Nonetheless, because the C2 is so lightweight and easy to move around, I merely roll it outdoors and enjoy working out in the sunshine. If this is an issue that you are thinking about, you don't have to be.

If you're thinking of buying home exercise equipment, like an indoor rower, try one out first. Lots of gyms have them, or your neighborhood exercise equipment store might let you test drive one. Then, you can go shopping online to locate the best deal on the device you want.
